About Kevin Hom

A Bay Area native, Kevin began his career in real estate managing his family’s portfolio of properties, garnering him experience in flips, renovations, and property management. While studying Business Administration at the University of Southern California, Kevin worked in property management, leasing, and real estate development, and later transitioned to Real Estate Sales. After moving back to the Bay Area, he purchased his first home in Dublin, CA and lives with his sister and her English Bulldog, Georgie. In addition to being a Realtor, Kevin also has experience in Retail Real Estate Consulting and Commercial Tenant Representation, utilizing Direct-to-Consumer Sales, Demographic, and Psychographic Data to enable growing lifestyle brands such as Vuori, Quay Australia, Momofuku, and Modern Animal to effectively deploy their capital in nationwide expansions. Kevin is committed to serving his clients with the utmost professionalism, integrity, and passion. He is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese to better assist a wide array of clients.
